Emerald Care is a small locally owned non-profit facility serving the community since 1969. "It feels like home" is our pledge and promise. We offer the solice of a small town community and the comforts of home. At Emerald Care, it is our staff that makes a difference. Most are long term employees that have been serving our residents for many years.
Our mission statement is that we are dedicated to providing on going quality care to meet the individual needs of our residents and their families.
At Emerald Care, caring is our main concern. Our organization is built on the premise that the most effective way to provide compassionate care is to:

Often the transition to a skilled nursing facility is challenging. At Emerald Care, we strive to ease the process by providing an environment where residents and guests feel informed and comfortable.
In addition to nurses and staff who are always available to answer questions and lend a hand, each resident is paired with a coordinator, to help ease transition and provide a familiar smiling face.
A team of qualified professionals help residents recover from surgery, injury or serious illness. They understand the importance of creating a comfortable and nurturing atmosphere, whether residents stay for short-term treatment or long-term care.
